Shoei88 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and rules governing all users' access to and use of the shoei88 platform in Malaysia.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You agree to notify shoei88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. shoei88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a shoei88 platform user, you agree to:
- Using the platform solely for lawful and personal purposes.
- Not to use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's systems or security.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions entitles shoei88 to terminate your account immediately, forfeit any remaining credit balance, and pursue appropriate legal action if necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the shoei88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). shoei88 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, and internet banking transfers. shoei88 does not accept cash transactions or any payment method not listed in the platform's Deposit section.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. shoei88 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or any third-party payment processor.
Withdrawals are subject to full identity verification. You agree that shoei88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests until all security and compliance checks have been completed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. shoei88 reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or does not comply with platform policy.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses, promotional offers, or the platform's payment systems will result in account suspension or termination, along with the forfeiture of all gains obtained through such means.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The shoei88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. shoei88 does not guarantee that its services will be available at all times, free from interruptions or errors, or fully secure against cyber threats. shoei88 will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruptions, but accepts no liability for any losses arising from technical issues, system failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Shoei88 accepts no liability for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users in the course of betting or gaming activities. The outcome of all games is final in accordance with the applicable rules and may not be disputed unless a documented technical error has occurred.
Shoei88's total liability to any user, regardless of the cause, shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time of the disputed incident.
6. Account Suspension, Restrictions & Closure
Shoei88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, unlawful activity, or any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or a court order.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's policy.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the closure. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact the shoei88 support team by email to request a review.
7. Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the shoei88 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, icons, software, and layout — is the exclusive property of shoei88 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.
Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, republish, or modify any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from shoei88. Use of the shoei88 brand name, logo, or platform imagery for third-party marketing or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited without official approval.
8. Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The shoei88 platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. shoei88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Shoei88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
